Our Process
Our service is tailored to the needs of each client. You can come to us with your architectural drawings ready to go, or if you haven’t got that far, why not explore your great ideas with us to turn your dream into reality?
Here’s how to get started:
01/ Enquiry
Click the link above to a questionnaire, and a member of our team will be in contact.
02/ Initial Meeting
This step is a great chance for you to share your thoughts, raise any questions you may have about the design and build, and get a feel for Xact Build as your designer and builder.
03/ Design Meeting
Working to maximise the best aspects of your block and conversations from the initial meeting, we will then be able to commence drafting your project.
04/ Design Finalisation
Once you have approved the design concept, we will send it to our external consultants for feedback and recommendations. Our external consultants include: Basix consultant, hydraulic & structural engineer, town planner and landscape architect
05/ DA Lodgement
We will lodge your DA or CDC with the local council. We will discuss the best option for your project during the initial meeting.
06/ Construction Plans
This stage involves issuing construction drawings and a finishes schedule, and will allow us to provide an accurate quote for your project.
07/ Construction
Once a contract price is agreed and signed, we will commence construction on your project.
08/ Handover
We will hand over your project after the final clean and defect-free. You will be issued our handover pack, which includes a list of manuals and warranties for certain products.
