Shane McGovern

Director
Shane has been passionate about the construction industry from a very young age. He began his apprenticeship as a carpenter at 16, where he had the opportunity to work alongside well-known luxury builders. Witnessing the craftsmanship of others inspired him to excel in his chosen trade. With experience in both tier 1 and tier 2 construction sectors, Shane has developed a strong reputation for his exceptional ability to bring the visions of architects and clients to life. His perfectionism, caring nature, and extensive knowledge of the construction industry fuel his passion for his projects. This dedication is evident in the repeat business he earns and the strong relationships he maintains with his team and contractors. Shane and Xact Build are first-choice builders and highly recommended by local architects and interior designers.
