Xact Build was founded on the ideal of becoming an industry leader in the construction industry. Our experienced team aims to exceed client expectations through exceptional performance and complete project dedication. We aim to simplify the building process thereby effectively delivering projects on time and within budget. We want to innovate the industry by incorporating new ideas with regards to materials and practices used during and in future construction projects.

Meet The Team

Shane McGovern

Director
Shane has been fascinated by the construction industry since a very young age. Starting his apprenticeship as a carpenter at 16 working alongside luxury well known builders, seeing the craftsmanship of others motivated him to excell in his chosen trade.
Having gained this experience aswell as working on and managing projects in the tier 1 & 2 construction sectors , Shane has built a strong reputation for his exceptional ability to bring an architect & clients vision to life.
With Shanes’ perfectionism, caring nature & knowledge in the construction industry, his passion shows in his projects, repeat business & his close relationships with his team and contractors.

Over the years we have built a core team of carpenters and trusted sub-contractors along with suppliers to conduct the works on each of our projects, without these guys we would not be where we are today.
